Sentara Therapy Center – CarePlex is a one-stop shop, centrally located with physician practices, outpatient diagnostic centers and rehabilitation in the Medical Arts Building attached to the Sentara CarePlex Hospital in the heart of Hampton. The Sentara Therapy Center is a comprehensive rehabilitation center offering physical, occupational and speech therapies.
